Outside of Navigate, Denise brings the same energy and dedication to her personal passions. With over 20 years of training and experience in film and television acting, she continues to pursue her craft and finds joy in the creativity and collaboration it brings. A devoted mother of two teenagers, she balances the demands of work and family with long-distance running—a pursuit that fuels both her discipline and her sense of adventure. Denise is also deeply committed to giving back, volunteering regularly at a local food bank and mentoring teens in foster care. Whether she's on stage, crossing a finish line, or showing up for her community, Denise brings authenticity, resilience, and a genuine care for the people around her.
