Suits and dresses have their place, but so do t-shirts and old sneakers. We were game to don the latter – and get down to work painting and gardening – in support of ACHIEVEability for our annual #NavGivesBack service day earlier this month.
Philadelphia-based ACHIEVEability does important work to break the generational cycle of poverty for disadvantaged individuals and families through education, affordable housing and accountability. Active in the community for more than three decades, ACHIEVEability helps affected individuals and families by providing comprehensive and holistic services to promote personal growth, including the pursuit of post-secondary education, and personalized coaching.
We’re thankful to ACHIEVEability for giving us the opportunity to support them and the countless individuals and families they serve. We might even have become better painters and gardeners in the process!
Navigate strives to positively impact not only our clients’ businesses but also the communities in which our people live and work. Every year, we invest resources with nonprofit partners in a variety of ways – from volunteering and donating to hosting collection drives, and more. The #NavGivesBack all-hands, sneakers-on service day is one of our favorite ways to do it!
