Whitney White
HR Director
484.383.0606

Combining her extensive background in HR and talent management with a deep understanding of the consulting industry, Whitney doesn’t merely shape HR strategy; she crafts an employee experience that reflects the evolving business landscape.

In her present role, Whitney serves as the crucial link between HR processes and high-level business objectives. Her talent solutions go above and beyond alignment, actively accelerating Navigate’s strategic goals and uplifting the internal culture. It’s Whitney’s mastery of stakeholder management and comfort with unstructured problem-solving that sets her apart.

Drawn to the fast-paced nature of consulting, Whitney has held several HR leadership roles at renowned advisory and professional services firms, including Huron and KPMG. Throughout her career, Whitney has excelled at bringing clarity to complex situations—a skill exemplified in her development and implementation of workforce management platforms, comprehensive skills databases, and more. These initiatives not only streamlined the process of identifying and leveraging individual expertise but also enhanced organizational flexibility by ensuring staff alignment with shifting roles and responsibilities.

Outside of work, Whitney prioritizes family time with her husband and three young sons. When she’s not carpooling to various sports practices, you can find her in the kitchen, trying new recipes and perfecting her sourdough technique. Whitney also volunteers with an organization near and dear to her heart, the Infant Welfare Society of Chicago, which provides healthcare services and education to medically underserved children and families.
