An introspective strategist and supportive team leader, Mike understands that to truly generate value for an organization, it’s important to engage people on an individual level. His experience in the life sciences and healthcare industries coupled with his diverse professional background inform his work at Navigate where he supports large-scale business transformation efforts, project and program management,  technology alignment, brand implementation, and other large-scale change initiatives.

In his role as a Principal Consultant, Mike is known for his willingness to dive into complex problems without jumping to conclusions. When approaching a business challenge, Mike seeks ways to involve all stakeholders in the collaboration process. It’s his ability to bring a sense of calm to chaotic situations and mobilize clients around a common goal—and to tie that goal to an organization’s overarching vision—that makes him an effective leader.

Prior to joining the firm, Mike started his career at Comcast where he tackled everything from social media management to financial planning and analysis. Whether he’s helping a client undertake a large transformation or working to build internal capabilities as Navigate’s business scales, Mike always takes the time to understand team members’ motivations and goals to engineer the best solution. 

A diehard sports fan, Mike and his friends make an annual pilgrimage to a new city to watch the Philadelphia Eagles in action. When he’s not cheering on his hometown favorites, you can find Mike spending quality time with his wife and two dogs.
