With over a decade of experience, Kristen has honed her skills in program and change management, shepherding organizations through mergers, acquisitions and large-scale initiatives. As an integral part of the leadership team, Kristen plays an instrumental role in driving client success, spearheading organization and talent initiatives, strategically addressing complex implementation hurdles, and more.

The constant challenge of tackling new organizational problems sparks Kristen’s creativity and keeps her energized and engaged. Her leadership shines through her ability to navigate demanding situations with grace and strategic acumen. Whether she’s triaging an implementation crisis for a large company or developing a decision-making framework to resolve operational issues, Kristen fosters a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within client organizations.

Kristen excels at cultivating high-performing teams grounded in trust and empowerment. Drawing from her collegiate basketball background, she facilitates a positive and collaborative environment where every team member feels valued and supported. Kristen is deeply committed to the growth and development of her teams and colleagues, serving as a mentor and coach to empower individuals to realize their full potential.

At work, Kristen channels her creativity through the art of change, but in her off-hours she invests her time in the causes and people she cares most about. She serves on the board of Women Golfers Give Back, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting girls’ and women’s participation in the sport. Kristen also enjoys staying active on her Peloton, traveling and exploring new locales, and cherishing moments with her daughter.
