Before joining Navigate, Justin began his career at IBM, where he played a key role in large-scale technology implementations, tackling complex business challenges and driving operational improvements. He holds a degree in Supply Chain Management, which provides a strong foundation in strategic planning and optimization—expertise he has applied across life sciences, manufacturing, energy, technology, and telecom. This breadth of experience allows him to take a holistic approach to problem-solving, adapting solutions to meet the needs of diverse organizations.

Outside of work, Justin values time with his wife, Alex, and their son, Jackson. A lifelong Philadelphia sports fan, he enjoys staying sharp with thought-provoking non-fiction reads and exploring new ideas.
