Jesse Fryburg
Principal Consultant
484.383.0606

A resourceful problem-solver by nature and skilled strategist by trade, Jesse draws from a deep well of diverse professional experiences to help organizations create and deliver programs that drive sustainable growth. Whether he’s building a customer and brand strategy from scratch or leading a large-scale digital transformation, his ultimate aim is to reimagine how people experience and engage with their world.

At Navigate, Jesse couples candor with quiet confidence to build relationships with clients and help them attract and retain customers, grow revenues, and evolve products. With a background that spans multiple business functions and industries, from life sciences, insurance, and retail to consumer packaged goods, industrial products, and the nonprofit sector, Jesse is well-acquainted with the complexities of today’s business landscape, and he applies a nuanced approach to address them effectively.

Before joining Navigate, Jesse held a leadership position at a Big 4 consulting firm, where he led digital product strategy for a reverse retail healthcare company, supported a Top 3 insurance payer’s marketing org transformation, guided development and commercialization of the firm’s digital product innovation accelerator, and more. Prior to consulting, Jesse held a variety of titles, including co-founder, entrepreneur, educator, and aspiring novelist—a range of roles that underpin his purpose-driven approach to consulting in more ways than one.

Jesse’s personal talents are as diverse as his professional pursuits. A musician from a young age, Jesse’s instrument of choice has always been the guitar—he even recorded an EP with Kenny Rogers’ producer at the ripe age of 15. When he’s not playing or writing music, you can find Jesse perfecting his pickleball technique, experimenting in the kitchen, investing in real estate, or spending time with family.
