With over 20 years of experience, he has a proven track record of working with senior executives to implement change that drives meaningful, lasting results. Brad’s approach is grounded in strategic systems thinking, blending traditional methods with creative tactics to help organizations transition smoothly, transform effectively, and achieve alignment across strategy, structure, technology, and people.
Throughout his career, Brad has been instrumental in guiding organizations through complex transformations, from reimagining employee experiences to integrating cultures post-M&A. He firmly believes that “the answer is always in the system,” and as a whole systems thinker, he excels at diagnosing problems, identifying solutions, and delivering actionable recommendations that ensure sustainability. Brad also emphasizes the importance of empowering others, understanding that “you don’t need to be the person that does everything—if I am, no one else is growing.” This philosophy drives his approach to leadership and consulting, where he aims to create environments that fuel rather than drain the people within them.
Before joining Navigate, Brad was the People and Change Practice Lead at Centric Consulting, where he established and led a national practice area that grew into a multi-million-dollar, core capability service offering for the firm. His work included leading the redesign of employee experiences for major clients, building organizational change capabilities for Fortune 500 companies, and developing strategies that aligned with broader business objectives. Brad’s ability to connect strategic alignment with effective execution made him a trusted advisor and a key driver of success in the projects he led.
In addition to his consulting work, Brad shares his expertise as an adjunct professor at the University of Cincinnati, where he teaches organizational development and change. His commitment to education and mentoring reflects his passion for helping others grow and succeed in their careers.
